Beihai Municipal Transport Bureau Functional Information
According to the Circular of the CPC Beihai Municipal Committee and Beihai Municipal People's Government on the Establishment of the Beihai Municipal People's Government (Beifa [2010] No. 17), the Beihai Municipal Bureau of Transportation and Communications (BMTC) is established as a working department of the Municipal People's Government.
