Beihai Administrative Approval Bureau Functional Information

(a) Implementing the policies, laws and regulations of the state and autonomous regions on the reform of administrative management system and administrative approval system, formulating rules and regulations on administrative approval and organising its implementation;

(B) is responsible for regulating the city's administrative examination and approval, optimising the government service environment;

(C) undertake municipal departments and institutions into the administrative approval matters involving investment projects, market services, construction projects, traffic and water conservancy city management, culture, education and health, social affairs, agricultural affairs and other aspects of government services and related surveys;

(D) Responsible for guiding and promoting the construction of government service system at all levels;

(e) Responsible for the regulation, management and supervision of administrative approval and public services of the units stationed at the Municipal Government Service Centre;

(F) is responsible for coordinating and guiding the public security, land, planning and in the city directly, district departments and counties (districts), townships (streets) administrative approval work;

(vii) Responsible for coordinating, guiding and supervising the city's public resource transactions;

(H) assume the municipal people's government open government affairs, government information disclosure responsibilities;

(IX) undertake other matters assigned by the municipal party committee and the municipal people's government.
