Chongzuo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau Functional Information
(a) To assume responsibility for safeguarding the housing of low-income families in urban areas throughout the city. To formulate citywide housing security-related normative documents and guide their implementation; in conjunction with the relevant departments, to make citywide funding arrangements for the relevant security housing, and to supervise the organization and implementation by counties (cities and districts). Preparation of housing security development planning and annual program and supervise the implementation.
(B) bear the responsibility of promoting the city's housing system reform.
(iii) Assume responsibility for regulating the city's housing and urban and rural construction management order. Organize the drafting of the city's housing and urban and rural construction of draft regulatory documents; research and put forward housing and urban and rural construction of major issues in the policy recommendations; the formulation of the city's housing and urban and rural construction industry development planning; according to law, the implementation of housing and urban and rural construction of various administrative approvals; participation in the overall land use planning and urban and rural planning review; the implementation of the housing and urban and rural construction of scientific and technological development planning and economic policy
(d) bear the responsibility of regulating the order of the city's real estate market, supervision and management of the real estate market. In conjunction or in cooperation with the relevant departments, it organizes the formulation of normative documents for the supervision of the real estate market and supervises the implementation thereof; formulates industry development plans and industrial policies for the real estate industry; formulates rules and regulations and supervises the implementation thereof in respect of real estate development, housing leasing, management of housing area, management of real estate appraisal and brokerage, property management, appraisal of dangerous buildings, termite prevention and treatment, housing expropriation and compensation; guides and supervises the management of housing property rights; coordinates with the municipal Land and Resources Bureau to guide the work of housing registration; responsible for the construction of personal housing information system; implementation of special maintenance funds for residential housing and housing transaction funds for the formulation of policies and development planning and organization and supervision of implementation.
(E) bear the responsibility of organizing the implementation of scientific standards of autonomous regions of engineering construction standards.
