(i) Responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of the city's market. It drafts draft government regulations related to market supervision and management in the city, formulates relevant standards, and organises the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the quality of the city, the strategy of brand building, the strategy of food and drug safety, the strategy of standardisation, and the strategy of intellectual property rights. To formulate and organise the implementation of relevant plans, regulate and maintain the normal order of the market, and create a market environment of honesty, trustworthiness and fair competition. It is responsible for coordinating and promoting the construction of the city's market supervision and management system, deepening institutional reform, formulating policies and measures to optimise the business environment in market supervision and management and organising their implementation.
