Organise the preparation of comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation planning, guide and coordinate the prevention and control of water and drought disasters, earthquakes and geological disasters of relevant departments; establish a unified emergency management information platform in conjunction with the District Urban Management Committee (District Water Affairs Bureau) and other relevant departments, set up a system of monitoring, early warning and disaster reporting, improve the mechanism for obtaining and sharing natural disaster information resources, and unify and release disaster information in accordance with the law.
