Duterte's statement during his arrest: why don't you just kill me, I won't agree if I have to ally myself with those whites

According to the latest reports from the Philippines ABS-CBN TV and GMA News Network, the images of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte at the Villamo Air Force Base in the Philippines were exposed after being arrested on the 11th. He questioned the legality of the police's arrest of him under the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant.
ABS-CBN TV said a video uploaded by Duterte's daughter Veronica Duterte on social media platforms showed him sitting in a lounge that appeared to be the Philippine Veramo Air Force Base and asking for reasons for arrest.
"What crime did I commit? What kind of law do you do? Now explain to me the legal basis for me to be brought here, because I obviously did not come here voluntarily. It was someone else (who brought me here)." The report quoted Duterte as saying, "You must explain the deprivation of (me) freedom now... Have you read the case materials when you were in the arrest so that you should understand what you should know?"

The report said that former Philippine Executive Minister Salvador Medialdya also questioned the "suspicious arrest warrant" with the Attorney General of the International Criminal Court, and said that the Philippines had long withdrawn from the International Criminal Court. Public information shows that the Philippines officially withdrew from the International Criminal Court in 2019.
The Philippines GMA News Network, AFP and other media previously reported that the Philippine Presidential Palace confirmed on the 11th that Duterte was arrested by the police based on the International Criminal Court arrest warrant after arriving at Manila International Airport. Earlier, an attorney general of the International Criminal Court had issued an arrest warrant to him.
Duterte launched a war against drugs during his tenure as Philippine president, which has attracted great attention at home and abroad. According to Hong Kong media reports, Duterte denied the charges against him by the International Criminal Court in a speech. "What sin do I have? Everything I did in my time is to give Filipinos a little peace and tranquility." Regarding the possible arrest, Duterte said: "If this is really the fate of my life, it doesn't matter, I will accept it. If I am arrested and imprisoned, I have no choice."
