(e) To organize and coordinate the implementation of housing security for retired veterans, other eligible veterans and retired retired employees without military status who have been handed over to local governments, as well as the protection of veterans' medical care, social insurance and other entitlements.
(f) Organize and guide the service management and pension work of disabled and injured veterans, and formulate measures for the implementation of medical care, convalescence and old-age pension institutions for veterans in accordance with the relevant policies of the State and the autonomous regions, and guide the implementation of such measures. It undertakes the work related to disabled soldiers who are not suitable for further service. Organize and guide the work of military supply service guarantee.

(ix) Guiding and supervising and checking the implementation of the city's laws and regulations and policies and measures related to veterans, and organizing and carrying out the maintenance of the rights and interests of veterans and the help and assistance of those concerned.
(J) To accomplish other tasks assigned by the Fangchenggang Municipal Committee, the Municipal People's Government and the Office of Veterans' Affairs as well as the relevant departments of the military.
