Beijing Fengtai District Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Functional Information
(a) Implementing the laws, regulations, rules and policies of the State and Beijing Municipality on housing and urban-rural construction; studying the major problems of housing and urban-rural construction in the district and proposing corresponding measures.
(ii) To study and formulate annual plans for the construction of sheltered housing, shantytowns and dilapidated buildings in the district; to be responsible for the coordination of the construction of sheltered housing and other policy-type housing. Responsible for the coordination and management of shantytowns and dilapidated housing renovation projects.
(C) is responsible for the project construction management in the region, is responsible for construction project bidding supervision and management and engineering construction permit.
(D) is responsible for the supervision and management of the construction market in the region, regulating the market order and promoting the development of the construction industry, and is responsible for the approval and supervision and management of the qualifications of construction enterprises within the purview of the region.
(e) Responsible for the supervision and management of the quality of construction works and construction safety within the scope of authority of the district; responsible for the approval and management of safety production licences for construction enterprises; responsible for the supervision and inspection of dust control at construction sites; involved in the investigation and handling of construction quality and construction safety accidents.
(F) is responsible for guiding the construction of village and township building projects in the district. Responsible for the technical services of the construction of village and township construction projects; organisation and guidance of the reconstruction of dangerous houses in rural areas, earthquake-resistant and energy-saving construction of farm buildings.
(G) is responsible for promoting building energy efficiency in the district, green building, assembly building, wall materials innovation and bulk cement development and management.
(H) is responsible for the supervision and management of real estate development in the region, and is responsible for the qualification management of real estate development enterprises in the region.
(IX) is responsible for planning and coordinating the construction of key projects, reporting to the district party committee and the district government on the construction of major projects, and providing coordination and services for the central and municipal units in the district and key construction projects within the scope of its duties and responsibilities.
(J) is responsible for the district housing expropriation and compensation, demolition and relocation management; is responsible for organising and coordinating the relevant departments to study and solve the comprehensive problems in the work of expropriation, demolition and relocation in the district.
(XI) Complete other tasks assigned by the District Committee and the District Government.
