Guiyang City Medical Security Bureau work responsibilities:
(a) Implementing national and provincial laws and regulations on medical insurance and related policies, formulating local laws and regulations, draft regulations, policies, plans and standards on medical insurance, maternity insurance and medical aid, and organizing their implementation after approval.
(ii) Organize and formulate the supervision and management of the city's medical insurance fund, and organize and implement them after approval. It establishes and improves the safety prevention and control mechanism of the medical insurance fund, and promotes the reform of the payment method of the medical insurance fund.
(3) To organize and formulate policies on the financing and treatment of the city's medical insurance, and organize and implement them after approval. It shall improve the dynamic adjustment and regional transfer and balance mechanism, coordinate urban and rural medical insurance treatment standards, and establish and improve the treatment adjustment mechanism in line with the financing level. (c) To organize the formulation and implementation of a reform plan for the city's long-term care insurance system.
(d) To formulate, in accordance with its authority, the city's unified urban and rural medical insurance catalog of medicines, medical consumables, medical service items, medical service facilities and other medical insurance catalogs, payment standards and negotiation rules for access to the medical insurance catalog; to organize the implementation of the same after approval, and to establish a mechanism for dynamic adjustments of the medical insurance catalog, price standards and so on.
(E) in accordance with the authority to organize the formulation of the city's drugs, medical supplies prices and medical services, medical service projects, medical service facilities charges and other policies, after approval and implementation. Establishment of medical insurance to pay for the price of medical services reasonably determined and dynamic adjustment mechanism, and promote the establishment of market-led price formation mechanism for social medical services, the establishment of price information monitoring and information dissemination system.

(viii) Responsible for the city's medical insurance management, public service system and information construction. It organizes the formulation and improvement of policies on the management of medical treatment in other places and the settlement of expenses, and organizes the implementation of such policies after approval. To establish and improve the system of transferring and continuing medical insurance relations. Carrying out foreign exchanges and cooperation in the field of medical insurance.
(ix) To organize and formulate policies related to the medical insurance treatment of the city's retirees, and organize and implement them after approval.
(J) Organization and implementation of the city's medical assistance work and supervision and management.
(xi) Combining departmental responsibilities, do a good job in military-civilian integration, poverty alleviation and development, and other related work; increase investment in science and technology, improve scientific and technological innovation capacity, and provide protection for the promotion of innovation-driven development; be responsible for the department's work on production safety, fire safety, and petition and stability maintenance; do a good job in the development of the application of big data and the management of government data resources in accordance with the provisions of the work related to the department's governmental data management standards, sharing and openness in accordance with the law.
(xii) Undertake the coordination duties related to the reform of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers in the city; undertake the coordination duties related to the basic medical insurance work for urban and rural residents in the city.
