Haikou Municipal Bureau of Tourism and Culture, Radio, Film and Sports Functional Information

Haikou City Tourism, Culture and Sports Bureau to implement the implementation of the Party Central Committee on tourism and culture, radio, television and sports work of the guidelines and policies and relevant laws and regulations, the implementation of the provincial party committee, the municipal party committee decision-making and deployment, as well as China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the construction of free trade port of Chinese characteristics of the policies and measures, in the performance of their duties to adhere to and enhance the Party's centralized and unified leadership of the work of tourism and culture, radio, television and sports. The main responsibilities are: 
(a) Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of the city's tourism and cultural, radio, television and sports work policies and regulations and development planning, research and put forward the city to promote the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics of the tourism and cultural, radio, television and sports-related opinions and recommendations. 
(B) is responsible for guiding the city's tourism, cultural resources investigation and utilization and protection, integrated planning of tourism, culture, radio, television and sports undertakings and industrial development, and promote the integrated development of tourism and culture, radio, television and sports. 
(C) is responsible for the implementation of promoting the construction of international tourism consumption center; is responsible for promoting the city's tourism industry and culture, radio, television and sports industry's external cooperation and exchange and marketing, formulating tourism market development policies and regulations and organizing their implementation; guidance and implementation of promoting the work of regional tourism. 
(d) Responsible for guiding and managing the construction of key tourism and cultural, radio, television and sports public facilities in the city. 
(e) Responsible for guiding and managing the city's literary and artistic undertakings, guiding artistic creation and production, and supporting literary and artistic works that embody socialist core values and are oriented, representative and exemplary. 
(F) is responsible for the development of the city's public cultural undertakings, to promote the construction of the city's public cultural service system and tourism public services, and to coordinate the promotion of the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural services. 
(VII) is responsible for guiding and promoting the city's tourism and cultural and scientific and technological innovation and development, and is responsible for tourism and cultural and sports industry informatization and standardization. 
(viii) Responsible for the protection of the city's intangible cultural heritage and the popularization of the inheritance of outstanding national culture. 
(IX) is responsible for guiding and promoting the standardized development of the city's tourism and culture, radio, television and sports market, regulating and supervising the city's tourism and culture, radio, television and sports market in accordance with the law, and is responsible for the comprehensive law enforcement of the city's tourism and culture, radio, television and sports market, and maintaining market order. 
(J) is responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of financial subsidy policies for aviation and cruise tourism, and promoting the development of the city's aviation and cruise tourism market. 
(XI) is responsible for the city's cultural relics management. 
(XII) is responsible for guiding the work of tourism and culture and sports in all districts.

The Municipal Bureau of Commerce is responsible for formulating strategies, plans, policies and standards for the development of the city's convention and exhibition industry and organizing their implementation; it is also responsible for the management, coordination, promotion and services of the city's convention and exhibition industry.
