Baise Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau Functional Information

Baise housing and urban and rural construction bureau's main responsibilities are: to implement the central government, autonomous regions and municipal party committee, the municipal people's government on housing and urban and rural construction policy and decision-making and deployment, in the performance of their duties to adhere to and strengthen the party's centralised and unified leadership of housing and urban and rural construction work.

(a) Implement the laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state and autonomous regions on housing and urban and rural construction administration, formulate normative documents on housing and urban and rural construction and organise their implementation; formulate the development strategy of the housing and urban and rural construction industry, medium- and long-term planning, relevant policies and standards and organise their implementation; carry out the administration of housing and urban and rural construction in accordance with the law; and provide guidance to and coordinate the work of housing and urban and rural construction of the counties (municipalities and districts). (XIII) is responsible for the city's housing construction, municipal infrastructure construction projects, survey, design, construction plan review and filing, construction, bidding, quality and safety supervision, review and acceptance of fire protection design of construction projects, design review and acceptance of lightning protection devices; supervision and implementation of mandatory standards for national engineering and construction; responsible for the supervision and management of the city's completion of engineering and construction projects for the record; participate in the city's engineering major investigation and handling of quality and safety accidents; and supervision and management of construction projects. (15) To regulate and guide the construction of villages and towns in the city; to formulate policies on the construction of small towns and villages in the city and guide their implementation; to guide the construction of rural housing and the reconstruction of dangerous houses, the protection and development of traditional villages, and the investigation and improvement of the ecological environment of small towns and villages; to be responsible for the construction of sewage, domestic rubbish, public toilets and public lighting in townships and cities; and to guide the construction of key towns and famous towns and villages of various types, and the construction of traditional Chinese villages.
