Beijing Municipal Bureau of Coordinated Administrative Law Enforcement for Urban Management

Ⅰ. To implement the laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state and the city on urban management, and carry out urban governance and urban order maintenance in accordance with the law; 

Ⅱ. To draft local laws and regulations and government rules on comprehensive law enforcement of city administration, formulate and implement the work plans, policies and measures for comprehensive law enforcement of city administration; put forward suggestions and recommendations for improving the comprehensive law enforcement of city administration in Beijing; 

Ⅲ. To perform duties of work guidance, overall coordination, command and dispatch, supervision and inspection in comprehensive law enforcement of city administration in Beijing; to report problems and situations to the municipal, district and county governments or relevant functional departments timely;

Ⅳ. To exercise the authority of administrative penalty in urban management given by the municipal government in accordance with relevant laws. To investigate and handle cross regional and major difficult cases.

Ⅴ. To build the team for comprehensive law enforcement of city administration in Beijing and carry out education and training, and supervision and assessment of the team;

Ⅵ. To perform other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
