Undertake the responsibility of coordinating and planning the construction of the rule of law society in the district. Responsible for drawing up plans for publicity and education on the rule of law, and organising and implementing the work of publicity on the rule of law. Promote people's participation in and promotion of the rule of law. To organise lawful governance and the creation of the rule of law. Responsible for community correction work and resettlement and rehabilitation of ex-prisoners in the district.
Responsible for drawing up plans for the construction of the public legal service system in the district and organising its implementation, and coordinating and arranging urban and rural and regional legal service resources. It is responsible for the management of lawyers, legal aid, judicial appraisal, notary, arbitration and grassroots legal services in the district.
Responsible for the work related to the construction of the rule of law talent team in the district, and for the team building of the system.
