Provisions on the Functional Configuration, Internal Organizations and Staffing of the Forestry Bureau of Hainan Province
Article 1 According to the “CPC Central Committee and State Council on supporting Hainan to comprehensively deepen the reform and opening up of the guiding opinions” (China Development [2018] No. 12) and the “General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council General Office on the issuance of the <Hainan Provincial Organizational Reform Program> notice” (Office of the word [2018] No. 80), to formulate the provisions of this regulation.
Article 2 Hainan Provincial Forestry Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Forestry Bureau) is in charge of the province's forestry work of the provincial government directly subordinate institutions, for the departmental level, plus Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park Management Bureau brand, by the provincial natural resources and planning department unified management.
