Hainan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Functional Information
Hainan Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department is responsible for the implementation of the Party Central Committee on the “three rural” policy guidelines and policies and the provincial party committee decision-making and deployment, to adhere to and strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee on the “three rural” work in the performance of their duties. The main responsibilities are:

Responsible for the province's rural collective property rights system reform, guide the development of rural collective economic organizations and collective asset management. Guides the construction and development of farmers' cooperative economic organizations, agricultural socialized service systems, and new agricultural business subjects.
(d) Responsible for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication.
