Haikou Municipal Local Financial Management Bureau Functional Information
The main responsibilities are:

(F) assume the responsibilities of local financial organizations for local management services, and cooperate with provincial financial management departments to supervise microfinance companies, financial guarantee companies, regional equity markets, pawnshops, financial leasing companies, commercial factoring companies, local asset management companies, and farmers' professional cooperative institutions carrying out mutual credit assistance, investment companies, social crowdfunding institutions, and various types of local trading venues and other institutions under their jurisdictions.
(vii) Promoting the strengthening of local financial supervision, risk disposal, information sharing and other collaborative mechanisms. It is responsible for docking with the central financial management authorities in Qiong and provincial financial management authorities, and contacting the service institutions of financial institutions in Haikou City.
(viii) Coordinating and promoting the construction of the city's financial development environment. Cooperate with the central financial management authorities in Qiong to guide various types of financial institutions to optimize resource allocation and financial services, coordinate the promotion of direct financing for enterprises, and coordinate the promotion of the development of science and technology finance, green finance, inclusive finance, pension finance and digital finance. Guide and coordinate the city's financial human resources development and financial talent team building work, coordinate the implementation of financial support for talent innovation and entrepreneurship policies.
