Hechi Municipal Bureau of Statistics Functional Information
(a) Assume the responsibility of organizing, coordinating and guiding the city's statistical work to ensure that the statistical data are true, accurate and timely; implement the policies, laws and regulations of the state and autonomous regions on statistical work, formulate the city's statistical reform, statistical science development plan and statistical survey plan; supervise and inspect the implementation of statistical laws, regulations and rules.
(b) According to the national basic statistical system and statistical standards, the formulation of the city's local statistical survey program; organization and implementation of the city's national economic accounting system and input-output surveys, accounting for the city's gross domestic product, compilation and provision of national economic accounting information, supervision and management of the counties (districts) of the national economic accounting work.
(C) organizes and implements censuses and special statistical surveys on population, economy, agriculture and other major national conditions deployed by the State and autonomous regions; studies and proposes plans for censuses and sample surveys on major municipal conditions and organizes and implements these surveys, and summarizes, collates and provides statistical data on national conditions and municipal conditions.
(d) Organize and implement surveys on agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, lodging and catering, investment in fixed assets, real estate, leasing and business services, residential and other services, culture, sports and recreation, transportation services, warehousing, scientific and technological exchanges and promotion services, the social welfare industry, as well as energy, investment, consumption, income of the population, science and technology, population, labor force, basic conditions of social development, basic conditions of the environment and other basic conditions of social development. development basic situation, the basic situation of the environment and other statistical surveys, organize and carry out social opinion surveys, collect, summarize, collate and provide statistical data on the surveys.
