Baise City Bureau of Justice is the Baise City People's Government constituent departments, for the department level unit; Baise City Party Committee comprehensive rule of law in the city committee office located in Baise City Bureau of Justice; Baise City Bureau of Justice is responsible for the implementation of the Party Central Committee on the rule of law in a comprehensive manner and Baise City Party Committee on the overall rule of law in the city of the guidelines and policies and decision-making deployments in the performance of their duties to adhere to and strengthen the Party's centralised and unified leadership of the comprehensive rule of law in the process. The main duties are:
(a) to undertake policy research on major issues of comprehensive rule of the city according to law, coordinate the relevant parties to put forward proposals for medium- and long-term planning of comprehensive rule of the city according to law, and be responsible for the relevant major decision-making and deployment of the inspectorate.
(ii) To assume the responsibility of co-ordinating the planning of legislative work. It coordinates relevant parties to put forward proposals for legislative planning and annual legislative work plan, is responsible for tracking the implementation of the legislative work plan by regional departments, strengthening organisational coordination and supervision and guidance, and researching and proposing opinions and measures for linking legislation with reform decisions. It is responsible for soliciting proposals for the formulation of local laws and regulations and government regulations from the society. Guiding the legislative work of the municipal people's government in counties (cities and districts).
(C) is responsible for drafting or organising the drafting of relevant local laws and regulations, government regulations. Undertake the review of draft local laws and regulations and government regulations submitted by municipal departments to the People's Government of Baise City. Undertake the work of replying to draft laws, regulations and state departmental rules for opinions. Responsible for legislative coordination.
(d) Undertake the legislative interpretation and post-legislative assessment of the regulations of Baise Municipal People's Government. Responsible for coordinating the implementation of laws and regulations of various regions and departments in the implementation of laws and regulations of the relevant disputes and problems. (F) assume the responsibility of promoting the construction of the rule of law government in an integrated manner. Guidance and supervision of municipal departments and counties (cities, districts), townships (towns) people's governments in accordance with the law. Responsible for the integrated coordination of administrative law enforcement, undertake to promote administrative law enforcement system reform related work, and promote strict standardisation of fair and civilised law enforcement.
(vii) Undertake the administrative reconsideration and administrative compensation cases applied to the People's Government of Baise City. Undertake the Baise Municipal People's Government's administrative appeal cases. Undertake the reply to the application for judgement to the State Council for not accepting the administrative reconsideration decision of Baise Municipal People's Government according to law. Guidance and supervision of the region's administrative reconsideration and administrative appeals.
(H) assume the responsibility for the overall planning of the city's rule of law social construction. It is responsible for formulating plans for publicity and education on the rule of law, organising and implementing publicity work on the popularisation of the law, and organising external publicity on the rule of law. Promote people's participation in and promotion of the rule of law. Guiding the work of governing by law and creating the rule of law. (j) Responsible for formulating plans for the construction of a public legal service system and directing its implementation, and coordinating and arranging urban, rural and regional legal service resources. It guides and supervises the management of lawyers, legal aid, judicial appraisal, notary, arbitration and grassroots legal services.
(k) Responsible for the organisation and implementation of the city's national unified legal professional qualification examination. Responsible for the city's national unified legal professional qualification and certificate management.
(XII) is responsible for the rule of law in Baise City, foreign cooperation. Organisation of the rule of law foreign cooperation and exchange. Undertake legal affairs involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in Baise City.
(xiii) To be responsible for the management of firearms, ammunition, clothing and police vehicles of the system, and to guide and supervise the work of safeguarding the system's finances, equipment, facilities and premises.
(xiv) Planning, coordinating and guiding the work related to the construction of the rule of law talent team, guiding and supervising the construction of the system's team. Responsible for the system of police management and police supervision. Assisting municipalities with districts in managing the leading cadres of the Bureau of Justice.
(xv) Completing other tasks assigned by the Party Committee of Baise City and the People's Government of Baise City.
