Yulin Municipal Public Security Bureau Functional Information

1. Preventing, suppressing and detecting criminal activities;

2. to maintain public order and security and to stop acts that endanger public order and security;

3. Maintaining traffic safety and traffic order, and dealing with traffic accidents;

4. managing firearms, ammunition, control knives and dangerous goods such as inflammable, explosive, highly toxic and radioactive substances;

5. to manage special industries as stipulated by laws and regulations

6. guarding specific persons as stipulated by the state and guarding important places and facilities;

7. To manage assemblies, processions and demonstrations;

8. managing household administration, nationality, entry and exit affairs, and affairs relating to the residence and travel of foreigners within the territory of China

9. enforcing the sentences of criminals sentenced to control, detention, deprivation of political rights, and criminals serving sentences outside prison, and supervising and inspecting criminals who have been pronounced on probation or parole

10. Supervising and managing the security and protection of computer information systems;
