Guigang Urban Management Supervision Bureau Functional Information
(A) the implementation of the state, autonomous regions and municipal people's governments related to urban municipal utilities and amenities management of the guidelines, policies, laws and regulations and normative documents; in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate Guigang municipal utilities development and amenities management strategy; in the city under the guidance of the overall planning, the formulation of urban municipal utilities and amenities management of the mid- and long-term development plan and related special planning;
(B) assume responsibility for urban environmental health administration;
(C) To assume responsibility for the administration of urban landscaping and greening;
(D) assume responsibility for urban public lighting administration;
(E) Assume responsibility for the administration of urban roads and bridges;
(F) assume responsibility for urban water supply and drainage;
(G) assume responsibility for urban gas supply administration;
(H) assume responsibility for urban appearance administration;
(Ix) assume the city of outdoor advertising set administrative responsibilities;
(J) assume responsibility for urban municipal engineering facilities;
(K) assume the city municipal law enforcement and supervision of the administrative responsibilities;
(XII) assume the use of urban maintenance fees and urban municipal utilities related charges project management responsibilities;
(M) bear the guidance of the city's municipal utilities and cityscape management responsibilities;
(XIV) bear the organisation and guidance of the city's villages and towns sewage and rubbish disposal and other municipal utilities construction activities and sewage and rubbish disposal facilities standard operation and management responsibilities;
(XV) undertake other matters assigned by the municipal people's government.
