Fangchenggang Municipal Bureau of Statistics Functional Information
(a) Responsible for organizing, coordinating and guiding the city's statistical work, implementing national policies, laws and regulations on statistics, formulating the city's statistical reforms, statistical development plans and statistical survey plans, preventing and punishing statistical data falsification, supervising and inspecting the implementation of statistical laws and regulations, and accepting and investigating and dealing with cases of statistical violations in accordance with the law.
(b) Organize and implement major national censuses of economy, agriculture, population and other major national conditions deployed by the state, as well as special statistical surveys such as input-output surveys, study and formulate local census and survey programs and organize their implementation, summarize, collate and provide and release relevant census and survey data, and carry out statistical analyses and information development.
(c) According to the national statistical survey methods, systems and statistical standards, organizing and implementing the city's national economic accounting, statistical surveys of various sectors of the national economy, as well as statistical surveys on fixed-asset investment, energy, science and technology, population, labor wages, cultural industries, sampling of enterprises below designated size, etc., collecting, summarizing, collating and providing statistical data on the relevant surveys, conducting statistical analysis and statistical monitoring and early-warning, and providing statistical information and information to the municipal government and relevant departments, Municipal government and relevant departments to provide statistical information and advice.
