Wuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Functional Information
(i) Preventing, suppressing and detecting criminal activities; maintaining public order and security, and investigating and dealing with acts that endanger public order and security in accordance with the law;
(ii) Maintaining traffic safety and traffic order, and dealing with traffic accidents; managing special trades prescribed by laws and regulations;
(iii) Guarding important places and facilities; managing household administration, nationality, entry and exit affairs and affairs relating to the residence and travel of foreigners within the district;
(iv) Executing the sentences of criminals sentenced to control, detention, deprivation of political rights and those serving sentences outside prison, and supervising and inspecting criminals who have been pronounced on probation or parole;
(e) Guiding and supervising the public security work of State organs, social organisations, business organisations and key construction projects; and other duties prescribed by laws and regulations.
