Beijing Xicheng District Municipal Commission of Development and Reform Functional Information
Beijing Xicheng District Development and Reform Commission is responsible for the overall coordination of the national economy and social development of the district, the economic system reform of the comprehensive coordination of the district government departments.
It implements the national laws, regulations, rules and policies on national economic and social development, economic system reform and opening-up, as well as the relevant provisions of Beijing Municipality.

Sixth, guide the promotion and comprehensive coordination of the region's economic system reform; study the major issues of the region's economic system reform, the organization of the formulation of a comprehensive economic system reform programme, coordinating the reform of the relevant special economic system; guidance and coordination of the region's economic system reform pilot; responsible for the formulation of the region's business environment work programme and annual plan; organization, guidance and coordination of optimization of the business environment related to the work; undertake the key sources of income and enterprise incentives programme development and reward cash work. It is also responsible for the formulation of reward programmes for key financial sources and the cash rewards for enterprises, and contacting and servicing key enterprises such as central enterprises in the district.
Seven, the preparation of the region's social fixed asset investment plan, investment structure, sources of funding and fund balance programme; co-ordinate the arrangement of government construction funds; in accordance with the provisions of the authority to approve, approve, review and report government investment and construction projects, foreign investment projects, foreign investment projects and other fixed asset investment projects; the development of the investment and financing system reform programme and organise the implementation of the programme.

Ten, co-ordinate and promote the implementation of the region to promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-development tasks; co-ordinate and promote the work of the region's population regulation; the implementation of the floating population and rental housing services and management.
XI, responsible for financial management and risk prevention work in the region; co-ordinate and carry out the investigation and determination of illegal fund-raising behaviour, disposal and monitoring and early warning work in the region; to assist the city's financial regulators to carry out related work.
Twelve, bear the responsibility of price management in the region; responsible for monitoring and analysing the operation of prices, organisation and implementation of price supervision and management; implementation of the region's administrative fee management; responsible for the region's food circulation industry management, the implementation of food emergency safeguard measures and data and statistics. Coordinate the implementation of food and important commodity reserves.
