Beijing Fengtai District Landscaping Bureau Functional Information
(a) Implementing the laws, regulations, rules and policies of the State and Beijing Municipality on gardening and landscaping; formulating medium- and long-term planning and annual plans for the development of gardening and landscaping; guiding the work of streets (districts), townships and townships on gardening and landscaping.
(2) Responsible for the management of gardening and landscaping in the district; organizing, guiding and supervising urban and rural greening and beautification and afforestation work; organizing, coordinating and guiding the prevention and control of soil erosion based on the prevention and control of sand and sand, and the planting of trees and grasses, and other biological measures; being responsible for supervising and checking the key projects of gardening and landscaping; organizing and guiding the construction, protection and management of ecological forests; organizing and coordinating the greening and beautification of major events and the environmental layout; and being responsible for gardening and landscaping in accordance with the stipulated authority. According to the authority of the regulations, it is responsible for the project declaration, implementation, supervision and inspection of landscaping projects; it is responsible for the supervision and management of the use of special funds for landscaping construction projects above the district level; it is responsible for the collection and management of the urban greening land on behalf of the levy; and it is responsible for the management of the old and valuable trees in the region.
(C) the formulation of gardening and greening science and technology development planning and annual plan, guidance related to major scientific and technological projects, research, development and results of the promotion; responsible for gardening and greening information technology construction; responsible for gardening and greening aspects of external exchanges and cooperation.
(D) is responsible for the parks, scenic areas of the region's industry management, in accordance with the relevant administrative licensing work; organisation of the preparation of parks, scenic areas development planning, supervision, guidance, parks, scenic areas of construction and management; guidance parks, scenic areas of parks and gardening safety; is responsible for the construction and management of country parks; is responsible for management of the parks directly under the Authority.
(E) the formulation of the region's forestry industry development planning; responsible for forest fruits, flowers, forestry seedlings and seeds and other industry management; responsible for monitoring, quarantine and prevention of pests in forests, green areas and other pests, and bear the corresponding management responsibility; responsible for the development of the region's maintenance funds budget and key green areas, woodland maintenance responsibility, organisation and supervision of greening and maintenance throughout the region.
(f) To assume responsibility for the management and protection of forest resources in the district; to be responsible for the investigation and assessment, dynamic monitoring and statistical analysis of forest resources.
(g) To assume responsibility for organising, guiding and supervising the inspection of forest fire prevention work in the district; to organise the formulation of forest fire prevention planning and emergency plans for fighting forest fires, and supervise the implementation thereof; to be responsible for guiding the construction of forest fire prevention infrastructures and fighting teams; to be responsible for the work of forest public security in the district, and to manage forest public security teams; and to investigate and deal with cases of destruction of forest resources in accordance with the law.
(viii) To assume responsibility for the protection of terrestrial wildlife in the district; to investigate and deal with cases of destruction of terrestrial wildlife resources in accordance with the law.
(IX) according to law is responsible for the district landscaping administrative law enforcement work.
(J) is responsible for the gardening and greening of the region's legal education and publicity work.
(XI) Undertake the specific work of the Fengtai District Greening Committee; be responsible for the publicity, organisation and coordination, supervision and inspection of compulsory tree-planting activities for the whole nation.
(XII) undertake other matters assigned by the district government.
