Beijing Fengtai District Municipal Administration for Market Regulation Functional Information
Beijing Fengtai District Market Supervision Administration is a working department of the district government, plus Beijing Fengtai District Intellectual Property Office. The main responsibilities are:
(a) To be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of the market in the district. It implements the laws, regulations and rules of the State and Beijing Municipality on market supervision and management, regulates and maintains the market order, and creates a market environment of honesty, trustworthiness and fair competition.
(B) is responsible for the unified registration of market entities in the district. (c) To be responsible for organising and guiding the comprehensive law enforcement work of market supervision in the district.
