Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce main responsibilities:
(a) Implementing and enforcing national guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on domestic and foreign trade, international economic cooperation and utilization of foreign capital, drafting relevant policies, regulations and management measures and supervising their implementation.
(ii) To study and formulate the city's domestic trade development planning, policies and measures, to cultivate and develop the urban and rural commodity market system, and to promote the structural adjustment of the circulation industry and modern circulation methods such as chain management, logistics and distribution, and e-commerce.
(c) To study and formulate development plans, policies and measures for the city's logistics industry, strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure, cultivate and develop logistics enterprises and logistics markets, and promote the development of the city's logistics industry.
(D) To undertake the rectification and standardization of market economic order, regulate market operation, and promote credit construction in the field of commerce.
