Beijing Tongzhou Distric Municipal Finance Bureau Functional Information

(a) Implementing and supervising the implementation of national and Beijing laws, regulations, rules and policies on financial, fiscal and accounting management. To formulate financial development plans, policies and reform programmes of the district and organise their implementation. Analysing and forecasting the income and expenditure situation of the district, participating in the formulation of major economic policies of the district, and proposing the use of fiscal and taxation policies to regulate and control the economic operation and comprehensively balance the financial resources of the district. (viii) Lead the preparation of reports on the management of state-owned assets.
