Coordinate the construction of government service informationisation and management of government information security. Promoting, guiding and supervising the construction and development of government websites and new media for government affairs in the district. Responsible for the management of the district government portal.
(D) is responsible for promoting, guiding, coordinating and supervising the district government information disclosure and open government work. Coordinate the acceptance of applications from citizens, legal persons or other organisations for access to district government information in accordance with the law. (e) Coordinate and promote the construction of smart cities and data work in the district. Coordinate the promotion of public services and social governance informatisation. Implement core technologies, key equipment and other innovations in the field of data and application promotion.
(vi) Coordinating to promote the construction of data foundation system such as property rights, circulation, distribution and governance of data elements, and guiding the construction of data elements market. In specifically undertaking the construction of the data foundation system, the construction of the data elements market, data standards and norms, data infrastructure construction and other duties, it shall perform the corresponding data security duties and organise the implementation of relevant data security policies.
