Main responsibilities.

(a) To formulate medium- and long-term planning for the development of water conservancy in the city, to organise the preparation of comprehensive river basin planning for important rivers, and to participate in the preparation of major water conservancy planning such as flood control planning. According to the municipal people's government entrusted to draft government regulatory documents on water conservancy.

(B) is responsible for putting forward the scale and direction of investment in water conservancy fixed assets, the state and autonomous regions and municipal financial funding arrangements for the proposal, in accordance with the prescribed authority, approval, approval of water conservancy construction within the scope of the planning and annual plan of investment projects in fixed assets, water conservancy construction investment arrangements and organise the implementation of the proposal; is responsible for the use of municipal water conservancy funds and supervision and management of state-owned assets in the water conservancy work.
