Hezhou Administrative Approval Bureau Functional Information
Hezhou Administrative Approval Bureau is mainly responsible for organising the formulation and promoting the implementation of strategic planning for the development of digital Hezhou and big data development; co-ordinating the work related to the construction of digital government, digital economy and digital society; co-ordinating the promotion of the construction of the data foundation system; co-ordinating the integration, sharing and exploitation of the city's data resources, the development, exploitation and sharing of information resources, promoting the interconnection of information resources across sectors and industries, and co-ordinating the promotion of the construction of public service and Informatisation of social governance, coordinating and promoting the construction of smart cities; coordinating and promoting the construction and management of the China-ASEAN Information Port; responsible for coordinating and promoting the reform of the city's administrative examination and approval system; responsible for organising, coordinating, supervising and managing the government service matters stationed in the city's governmental service platform; undertaking the administrative licensing and related matters assigned by the municipal departments (units) and assuming the corresponding legal liabilities; and responsible for Promoting, guiding, coordinating and supervising the city's government affairs openness, government websites and government affairs new media; coordinating and promoting the construction and management of the city's 12345 government services hotline; administering the city's public resources trading centre (municipal government procurement centre), guiding the supervision and management of the city's public resources trading; and completing other tasks assigned by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.
