Beijing Tongzhou District Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau Functional Information
The main responsibilities of the Beijing Tongzhou District Medical Security Bureau:
(a) To implement the laws, regulations and policies of the State and Beijing Municipality on medical insurance, maternity insurance, medical assistance and other medical security systems, to formulate the planning and work programme of medical security in the district, and to organize and implement them.
(ii) To be responsible for the budget, management and allocation of medical insurance fund payments in the district.
(iii) Implementing the city's medical insurance financing and treatment policies. (d) Implementing the city's policy on publicly-funded medical care. Responsible for the co-ordination of medical expenses of retired cadres in the district. Implementing the City's long-term care insurance system reform programme.
(d) Implementing the city's medical insurance catalogue and payment standards for medicines, medical consumables, medical service items, medical service facilities and related fee policies.
(e) Implementing the city's policies on the prices of medicines, medical consumables and fees for medical service items and medical service facilities.
(F) the implementation of the city's drugs, medical supplies bidding and procurement policies.
(vii) To be responsible for the management of the agreement of the designated medical institutions in the district, to implement the medical insurance credit evaluation system and information disclosure system, to supervise and manage the medical service behaviours and medical expenses included in the scope of medical insurance, and to investigate and deal with the violations of laws and regulations in the field of medical insurance in accordance with the law.
(viii) Responsible for the management of medical insurance, public service system and information construction in the district. Implementation of the city's foreign medical management, cost settlement policy. Implementation of the city's medical insurance relationship transfer and succession policy.
(ix) Completing other tasks assigned by the district party committee and the district government.
