Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement (Municipal Urban Management Bureau, Municipal Landscaping and Greening Bureau) is a working department of the Municipal People's Government, which mainly carries out its work in accordance with the model of “1 + 3” (Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement + Municipal, Sanitation and Landscaping). Specifically responsible for the operation and management of municipal utilities, urban environmental health management, urban landscaping and greening of all the work, the implementation of all administrative penalties in the field of housing construction, as well as industry and commerce, public security and traffic management, civil administration of some of the administrative penalties and administrative coercive powers.
