Qinzhou Municipal Natural Resources Bureau Functional Information
According to the “Qinzhou Municipal Institutional Reform Program” and the spirit of the implementation of municipal institutional reform, the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau is a working department of the municipal people's government, at the level of a division, plus the Real Estate Registration Bureau of Qinzhou City brand.
The Municipal Natural Resources Bureau implements the guidelines, policies and decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the Municipal Party Committee on natural resources work, and adheres to and strengthens the Party's centralized and unified leadership of natural resources work in the course of performing its duties. The main responsibilities are:
(a) to fulfill the city's all land, minerals, forests, grasslands (land), wetlands, water, oceans and other natural resources asset owners and all the land space use control responsibilities.
