Article 1 These provisions are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Baise Municipal Institutional Reform Programme and the implementation opinions of the Baise Municipal Institutional Reform.
Article 2 The Baise Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources is a working department of the Municipal People's Government and is at the departmental level.
The Municipal Real Estate Registration Bureau is located in the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau.
