Baise city education bureau main responsibilities
(A) research and guidance of the city's education system party building, theoretical propaganda. Responsible for the city's education bureau of the second tier institutions and municipal school party construction, according to the management authority to select and assign private primary and secondary schools party organisation leader. Study and guide the city's education system trade unions, Communist Youth League, Young Pioneers, Women's Federation and other groups of organisations.
(ii) Implementing and enforcing the laws and regulations on education and the decision-making and deployment of the Central Government, the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the Municipal Party Committee on education. Formulate policies and plans for the reform and development of the city's education, and organise the implementation of relevant local laws and regulations on education.
(C) Guiding the city's primary and secondary schools in ideological and political, moral education, intellectual education, physical education, health and art, labour education, national defence education, security and stability.
(D) Responsible for promoting the modernisation of education in the city. It is responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of the city's primary and secondary schools, guides primary and secondary schools to plan and build schools in accordance with the standards set by the Autonomous Region, and reforms education and teaching, and is responsible for the statistics, analyses and dissemination of the city's education information.
(e) Responsible for the co-ordinated management of education funding, participating in the formulation of policies on education funding, education appropriation, student financial assistance, and investment in education infrastructure, and responsible for statistics on the city's investment in education funding.
(vi) Responsible for the reform and development of basic education. It is responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and the promotion of educational equity, and for promoting the development of general high school education, pre-school education and special education. It is also responsible for the comprehensive implementation of quality education.
(vii) Responsible for the reform and development of vocational education. It carries out the implementation of guidelines for the reform of vocational education teaching and standards for running schools, and carries out the assessment of vocational education. It guides counties (cities and districts) and relevant departments to do a good job in the layout of vocational education schools and professional restructuring, etc., and guides the work of vocational education employment guidance.
(viii) Responsible for minority education. Coordinate educational assistance to ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.
(ix) Responsible for the work of teachers in the city. Organise the implementation of the teacher qualification system, guide and organise the construction of the city's primary and secondary school personnel.
(j) Responsible for all levels of educational admission examinations, self-study examinations and the management of primary and secondary school registration and qualifications, organising the formulation of primary and secondary school enrolment plans and organising their implementation. (XIV) is responsible for the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and macro management of the city's private education schools. Improve the policies and measures for the management of private education, formulate policies and plans for the development of the city's private education in accordance with the law, regulate the order of running schools, and promote the healthy development of private education.
