Guangxi Yu Industry and Information Technology Bureau to implement the Party Central Committee, the autonomous region party committee, the municipal party committee on industry and information technology work guidelines and policies and decision-making deployment, in the course of performing their duties to adhere to and strengthen the party's centralised and unified leadership of industry and information technology work. The main responsibilities are:
(a) To propose strategies and policies for the development of the city's new industrialisation, and to coordinate the solution of major problems in the process of industrial development. To formulate and organise the implementation of the city's industrial and informatisation development plan, to promote industrial structural adjustment, optimisation and upgrading, and to promote the deep integration of informatisation and industrialisation.
(ii) To formulate and organise the implementation of the city's industrial sector planning, planning and industrial policies, and to put forward policy recommendations for optimising industrial layout and structure. Guide and support the development of industry and information technology industry, study and draft relevant normative documents, draft government regulations. Organise the implementation of industry technical specifications and standards, and guide the quality management of the industry.
(C) monitoring and analysis of the city's industrial economic operation, forecasting and early warning and information guidance, coordination and resolution of industrial economic operation of the relevant issues and put forward policy recommendations.
