(a) Proposing development strategies and policy measures for the city's new industrialisation and coordinating the resolution of major issues in the process of industrial development. To formulate and organise the implementation of the city's industrial and informatisation development plan, to promote industrial restructuring and optimisation and upgrading, and to promote the deep integration of informatisation and industrialisation.
(ii) To formulate and organise the implementation of the city's industrial sector planning, planning and industrial policies, and to put forward policy recommendations for optimising industrial layout and structure. Guide and support the development of industry and information technology industry, study and draft relevant local laws and regulations, draft government regulations and normative documents. Organise the implementation of industrial technical norms and standards, and guide the quality management of the industry. Responsible for drafting normative documents for the reform and development of the city's industrial parks. (C) monitoring and analysis of the city's industrial economic operation, forecasting and early warning and information guidance, coordination and resolution of industrial economic operation of the relevant issues and put forward policy recommendations. Responsible for emergency management, industrial safety and national defence mobilisation in industry and information technology related sectors.
(D) is responsible for the city's industrial and information technology fixed asset investment scale and direction (including the use of foreign capital) of the proposal. Undertake the city's industrial and information technology fixed asset investment management, approval, approval and filing of industrial fixed asset investment projects in accordance with the prescribed authority. Responsible for putting forward proposals on the arrangement of financial funds and funds for industry and informatisation, and coordinating the financing of major industrial projects. (VII) is responsible for the city's industry and information technology-related industry management, promoting industry system reform and innovation, coordinating and solving major problems in the development of the industry, and improving the overall quality and core competitiveness of the industry.
(H) is responsible for the city's industrial power operation daily scheduling, guiding the power industry information technology, intelligent promotion and application. Formulate and organise the implementation of industrial and information technology energy conservation, comprehensive utilization of resources, circular economy planning and promotion policies. Coordinate the promotion of industrial green development policies and planning, and carry out energy-saving supervision and other law enforcement work in the field of industry and information technology. Organise and coordinate relevant major demonstration projects and the promotion and application of new products, new technologies, new equipment and new materials.
(IX) is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and management of the city's national defence science and technology industry. Responsible for the integration of industry and information technology between the military and the people. Responsible for the supervision and management of the production, sale and safety of civil explosives. Responsible for the formulation of fireworks industry planning. Participate in the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence and various military departments need to be handled by the local government.

Coordinate the development of the city's industrial parks economic operation statistics system, supervise and guide the collection of relevant information and statistics.
(xi) To be responsible for the reform of the institutional mechanism of the city's industrial parks, and to coordinate and promote the reform and innovation of the establishment, personnel and remuneration system. Coordinate the establishment, upgrading, name change, adjustment of planning area or location, optimisation and integration, audit announcement management of the city's industrial parks.
(XII) is responsible for the development of information technology and network security in the city's industrial sector, the formulation of relevant planning, policy and organisation and implementation.
