- Xincheng County is located in the central part of Guangxi, downstream of the Hongshui River, with an area of 2,541 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 6 towns, 6 townships and 131 administrative villages (communities), with a total population of about 425,000 people, of which the Zhuang ethnic group accounts for 93.4%.
