Liuzhou (Zhuang: Liuj couh) is the second largest city in Guangxi, a regional central city and a comprehensive transportation hub. It is a regional central city based on industrial and comprehensive development and a famous historic and cultural city with unique landscape.

As the largest eco-industrial city in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Liuzhou enjoys a good reputation of beautiful scenery and clean environment. The industrial proportion ranks first in Guangxi, accounting for 1/4 of the total industry of Guangxi. The ethnic customs of Liuzhou are unique, featuring the songs of the Zhuang ethnic group, the dances of the Yao ethnic group, the festivals of the Miao ethnic group and the buildings of the Dong ethnic group, which together are called "the four wonders of ethnic customs" of Liuzhou.

Liuzhou is divided into 5 municipal districts and 5 counties, with 53 towns, 33 townships, 32 sub-district offices, 226 urban communities, 68 township (town) communities and 935 villages.

Liunan District: The district government is located at No. 10, Tanzhongxi Road.

Liubei District: The district government is located at No. 45, Maping Road, Labao Town.

Liucheng County: The county government is located at No. 7, Shenglidong Road, Dapu Town.

Luzhai County: The county government is located at No. 2, Chuangye Road, Luzhai Town.

Rong'an County: The county government is located at No. 126, Lixin Street, Chang'an Town.

Rongshui Miao Autonomous County: The county government is located at No. 17, Gongcheng Street, Rongshui Town.

Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County: The county government is located at No. 7, Jiangfeng Street, Chengbei Community, Guyi Town.
